What gets measured, gets managed. The clearer you are with your expenses and spending, the better you are at planning and understanding your money habits. Furthermore, when it comes to developing good financial discipline, self 'forced' regular savings is a powerful tool I use. In the world where we have such advanced devices in our palms, these money systems are more than easy to set up. Literally 15 minutes max. This is where auto-round up and budgeting apps come in.

How these Money Management apps work
Lots of apps provide budgeting tools. Essentially you link your bank account using your debit/credit cards. By doing so, they get to provide the following service
Group up your outgoings into categories by auto-linkiing your accounts. Tracking your monthly spendings and displaying them into clear visuals to help you track and budget your spending
Auto-saving or auto-investing for you to 'Pay yourself first' every month
Round up every spending you have on these accounts such that every time you buy something, they would round up to the nearest pound and save that round up amount into savings. E.g. if you buy some snacks at the off licence or £4.25. They would round up 75p (to £5) and transfer 75p from your debit card and save it in their account. Essentially the more you spend, the more they deduct from your debit account to force you to save
Create debt payment strategies
Group up your regular subscriptions to help you rationalise them. Remember, most of us fail to list ouot all the direct debit subscriptions that we have, and come one, lets be honest, I am sure you have one or two that you don't need and can be cancelled right now!
I have compiled a list of remarkable apps that will revolutionize how you manage your finances. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, these apps are designed to make your financial journey seamless and efficient.
